Circular Problem-Solving Lab
SIGN UP FOR THE Circular Problem-Solving Lab
The Circular Problem-Solving Lab is a hands-on, collaborative space designed for businesses, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who want to tackle real sustainability challenges and turn them into actionable circular solutions.
Running once a month until summer, each session focuses on practical problem-solving using circular economy principles. Participants bring their own challenges—whether related to waste, materials, business models, customer engagement, or operations—and work through them with structured guidance, peer input, and facilitation by Evelina Lundqvist.
This is not a theoretical workshop. It’s a working lab.
-
This is not a space to explain what the circular economy is from scratch.
However, if you’re new and ready to actively engage, you are absolutely welcome to join.
This is a space for doing, testing, and solving—together.
-
Each session includes one or two “hot seat” problem-solving sessions, where:
One participant presents a real, current challenge
The group contributes ideas, perspectives, contacts, and resources
We collectively explore circular solutions and next steps
You can apply in advance if you’d like to bring a challenge to the hot seat.
Beyond that, all participants are expected to actively contribute—this is a pay-it-forward environment, where everyone both gives and receives support.
-
Practical, solution-oriented sessions (not theory-heavy)
Diverse input from peers across sectors and backgrounds
A space to test ideas, get unstuck, and move forward
Collective learning through real-life challenges
Ongoing momentum through monthly continuity
-
Pay it forward – share ideas, contacts, and insights generously
Learn together – no one has all the answers, but together we go further
Be practical – focus on action, not perfection
Be open – bring challenges honestly and engage constructively
-
The lab is offered in exchange for a humble contribution, recognising the value of the space and facilitation.
Please note that contributions are non-refundable.
We offer a limited number of stipends to enable free participation for early-stage and emerging ventures.
